1. Relax at Krioneri Beach – a secluded pebbled bay, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. A short walk up the hill will take you to the quaint, white-washed church of Agia Eleni. If you’re feeling adventurous, swim over to the small neighbouring island of Panagia.
2. Soak up the sea views at The Venetian Castle of Parga. This 11th Century castle is considered an important landmark and one of the best things to do in Parga. The castle sits on the medieval hilltop of the Epirus region, where you can roam the stone trails lined with cypress trees, which overlook the Ionian Sea – don’t miss the secret pathway.
3. Visit the magical Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consisting of a series of monasteries with first-class views across the Pindus Mountains.
4. Explore The Watermill Museum. The collection houses a selection of trinkets including bygone folklore clothes. There’s also a spectacular waterfall and Mylos cafe at the top of the hill, where you can rest and take in the scenery. Once you’ve recharged, meander through the olive groves and stumble upon Valtos Beach.
5. Spend a day at Paragaea Old Olive Oil Factory, where you can sip on the liquid of the gods – a divine fruity oil made from 15th Century olive trees. You’ll be taken on a fascinating journey through the olive groves to discover how the olive oil is produced.

South from Ioannina lies the Ancient Dodona – a crumbling stone temple dedicated to the Greek god, Zeus. Close by is the towering amphitheatre, Roman Odeon of Nicopolis. Its semi-circular rows of tiered seating were originally used for lectures and musical contests during the Nea Aktia, plus religious games to honour Apollo.

III. Flight + hotel and flight + car vacations between $2500-$2999 - pay from $300 deposit per booking
18. The deposit balance will be due 28 days prior to your departure date. The actual payment date will be displayed on the payment details page. You can pay the balance in as many instalments as you want. This allows you to spread the cost of the vacation over a longer period. You will have full flexibility of when you make the payments and how much they are, the only requirement is that you must have paid the full balance by the balance due date.
